Request a Virtual Appointment

We can tailor your virtual appointment to you, but the basics are:

  • Request your appointment below for the time that works well for you to have a virtual consultation with one of our stylists.

  • Once we receive your appointment request we will confirm your virtual appointment time and how you would like us to reach out. We will then send you a link to browse your own online gown portal. Here you can save the dresses you are most interested in talking to your stylist about during your virtual appointment. (We have both our bridesmaids and sample sale wedding gowns on the portal and welcome virtual appointments for either shopping experience.)

  • During your virtual appointment your stylist will talk to you about the dresses you have saved and help narrow down which dresses fit you vision, budget and color scheme or timeline (for bridesmaids).

  • Now that you have selected your dresses we have an option so you can try them on at home. We will get them ready to go and you can pick them up curbside, take them home to try them on with your family and bridesmaids! (We like to have brides pick up their selections between 4-6pm on Saturday and return them between 11-7 on the following Tuesday.)

  • We will take your credit card information and go over any existing stains, damage or notable imperfections on each gown you are taking out of the store. Upon return of the dresses we will inspect them with you either on video call or in person, whichever you prefer. Nothing will be charged for the at home try on unless there is new damage to the gowns while in your possession.

  • If you found your wedding gown, yay! We will help you purchase your dress and give you a seamstress contact if you need any alterations. Our wedding gowns are all sample sale gowns, so you will know exactly how it fits since it is the dress you tried on and already have at home.

  • If you have selected your bridesmaids or special occasion gown, we will help you or your bridal party get measured either at the store or through our online portal if they live out of town. We can make sure you are able to see the color swatch of the gown(s) you have chosen in person or help you get a swatch from the designer upon request. We can also take your bridesmaid payments online through your portal, making it easy for us to help you track that your bridesmaids are staying on on top of their dress so your order arrives on time.

We recommend ordering bridesmaid dresses a minimum of 6 months in advance whenever possible.  This will allow adequate time for delivery and alterations. Quicker ship times are sometimes available but will require a rush fee, and must be approved by the designer.  Please call for more detailed information regarding a specific designer ship times.
